Listener: This morning the Holy Spirit told me to compile a message from each of the twelve months of the past year…that He would choose the messages, some of which the Listener would paraphrase and some of which would be direct quotes. The words of the Holy Spirit and Scripture are in italics. The words of the Listener, some of which are in the first person, are not italicized. Because of the length of the posts, today only the first six of these messages are presented. Tomorrow, as the year 2020 begins, the messages from the last six months of 2019 will be presented as well as Holy Spirit’s summary of the primary lessons taught throughout the year. January 19: These are first words that I heard the morning after I prayed Jeremiah 33:3, the prayer which began this season of hearing the Voice of the Holy Spirit daily: The greater the commitment, the greater the revelation” and, as I pondered these words, Psalm 119:105 also came to mind Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path. February: Where there is no vision the people perish. God has given me a vision and told me to share it with you. To tell you that He is ready. That we must let Him prepare us for what He has called us to do and then Go Forth and do it. March: When I was dreaming God gave me a revelation which He told me was a window into heaven that I was to go and reveal to others. April: I will work wonders in the life of each person in this congregation according to what he or she has been called to do. What I want them to see in you is not HOW I am doing it but THAT I am doing it. I long to do something just as wonderful for each person in this congregation, May: God’s Love, which is His Glory, is manifested when we show and live in His Love. This is what will touch and reach both the lukewarm and the lost… The deep love that we feel and express for others is the Love of God which is in our hearts. June: Note from the Listener: In June the Holy Spirit told me “I come to you in your mind, Listener, because that is where you mostly are.” When I heard this I reasoned that if I teach out of my mind, you will respond with your minds…and this is not enough, We need a much deeper response, a spiritual response in order to do what God has called us to do. As I surveyed past lessons seeking the revelations which were to be included in this year-end retrospective, I observed an increasingly greater emphasis on the revelations of the Holy Spirit as well as corresponding greater spiritual content in the lessons after He spoke these words in June. Praise the Lord!!!
