Holy Spirit: The first portion of this message is addressed to the Listener, but remember, these words are also meant for you. Stop, Look and Listen. STOP the self-condemnation because you slept through the fourth watch… and the reasons why you think I did not awaken you to go to the Mountain; LOOK at what I am about to give you; LISTEN as I lead and instruct you. It is difficult and sometimes impossible for you to hear My Voice when you are fretting about your imperfections and engaging in constant self-criticism–and the emphasis there is on self. Obviously, you do not have to be perfect to hear from Me. I do not require perfection, fortunately, because if perfection were required for hearing neither you nor any other human would ever hear Me in this life. Listener: At this point, in view of my weakness which He had revealed in the beginning of the message, I was hoping that He would edit that out, and He responded, Yes, I will edit that portion of the message when you deliver it. Now, go back to bed. I will meet with you over the Bread and the Wine. And He did, with these words, About that edit, it would be helpful for those who despair of ever hearing My voice to know that, although your ears have been greatly blessed, you still struggle. But I will leave the editing decision to you. Listener: And how could I refuse?
