WORDS FROM THE WAR ROOM  The Listener explains: This page was originally entitled We Are Ready because it was intended to provide a way for you to enlist in God’s Army of intercessors.  However, a surprise directive from the Holy Spirit was delivered even as efforts were underway to enable intercessors to make their commitment on this website. Now that the Holy Spirit has indicated that a formal declaration of commitment is not necessary, the information on this page will provide instruction, information and encouragement to help to prepare you, to make you READY for the battle in which you are to engage. The Holy Spirit speaks:  The names of those who answer the Call to join God’s Army of  Intercessors are recorded in heaven.  God knows who you are and that you will honor your commitment to Him as He has honored every commitment that He has made to you. It is not necessary for you to be numbered; David learned this the hard way.

THE BATTLE CONTINUES   On December 1, 2021 the Supreme Court began oral hearings on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health, a case which challenges a Mississippi law banning abortion after fifteen weeks of pregnancy. The silenced voices of more than Sixty Million unborn babies killed during almost half a century of legalized abortion bear witness to the magnitude of this atrocity. In 1973 the Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade opened the door to this slaughter; pray that this Supreme Court will begin to close that door. Those who support abortion at any stage of pregnancy celebrate abortion on demand as a triumph, a great victory for women, allowing them to make a CHOICE, to decide whether their unborn babies will die in the womb or emerge to begin new life. Pro-life advocates recognize that these unborn babies are human beings from the moment of conception. Christians find Biblical support for this position in a number of verses, including Luke 1:44 and Jeremiah 1:5. The Supreme Court will spend months reviewing written briefs and deliberating. A final vote and announcement of the results may not take place until mid-summer 2022. Do not grow weary; continue to intercede and  battle in spiritual warfare as we await the final vote. This is the Prayer Army’s Normandy landing.  Let us storm demonic strongholds and end this national sin.

THE HOLY SPIRIT SPEAKS   The United States is a nation under siege. Do not underestimate the deceptive strategic planning of the enemy, and do not be deceived as to the identity of that enemy. Satan conceals himself behind those through whom he works. He has targeted one of his attacks on those who are most vulnerable; the unborn who perish in the womb and the living children who are taught in an educational system from which God has been removed, As you intercede, pray for this generation of children, for their survival and for the survival of this nation.

THE LISTENER ASKS; THE HOLY SPIRIT ANSWERS   The Listener: I prayed for confirmation from the Holy Spirit regarding the WAR commitment to intercede for our nation for an hour every day, noting that some might find it difficult to set aside an hour every day to engage in deep intercession. He answered that several brief prayers totaling one hour would fulfill the commitment. Then  He began to describe those who will answer God’s Call.  Many who answer WeAreReady will be those who are not able to go to the mission field or to attend large crusade events but who deeply desire to be a part of God’s End Times Prayer Army. They are not only willing, they are eager to commit to pray for an hour every day for God’s will in this country. The Believers who come to WAR will be those who yearn to come into My Presence and to receive the prayers that I give them.  You desire to hear my Voice; I desire to speak to you.

THE LISTENER   As a member of the Body of Christ, I speak to that Body.  This Call to intercessory prayer is for all Christians, all denominations and non-denominations, both cessationists and charismatics. Let the Body of Christ find in  prayer for this nation the unity which we have not yet been able to achieve. We face a common enemy. Demonic attacks have eroded the morals, the  principles, the very foundation on which this country was built. Let the Body of Christ cry out to God to enable America to become the “City on a Hill,” the beacon  of hope envisioned in 1630 by Masachusets Bay Colony governor John Winthrop and inspired by the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:14 (NKJV) You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. This might sound like an impossible dream at any time and especially at this present time, but we worship Almighty God, and nothing is impossible for Him. He has said that He is ready to move. He is waiting for you to intercede. Ask Him to Move. Soldiers who served in World War II enlisted for the “duration” of the war; what a privilege it will be to serve in this WAR until GOD HAS MOVED to Save This Nation.

A SENSE OF URGENCY   Listener: God told us as early as May 2020 that He was ready to move.  He did not simply give the Listener a Word; He gave an Experience.  I now believe that He desired immediate intercession in 2020.  The phrase I Am Waiting for you used in His prophetic word in 2021 seems to indicate that He was seeking intercession in 2020 to release the Move of which He spoke. This means that we are now being called to answer His SECOND CALL.  This conveys a much greater sense of urgency.

DAILY BREAD  MAY 7, 2020   From the Listener: In morning prayer today I had an experience unlike anything I have ever experienced before. I know the Voice of the Holy Spirit well; when He speaks in Love that is almost overwhelming; when He speaks in correction, sternly but not condemning; when He speaks with instruction, clearly and sometimes in detail; when He speaks in comfort; when He speaks in wisdom and revelation… these are familiar and beloved Voices. Today the VOICE which I heard literally took my breath away…I could not breathe.  Great weakness engulfed my body.   This Voice was so powerful that I could almost feel it.  And then I heard the same VOICE speak the same words a second time.  Afterward, when I was recovering, the Holy Spirit told me that I had heard the VOICE of the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, and that I was to give you the words which He spoke and tell you what happened to me when I heard God say:  I AM READY TO MOVE….I AM READY TO MOVE.  This occurred several hours ago, and I am still weak. I have been given no explanation as to how, or when, or where God intends to move.  As I typed this for Daily Bread, I remembered, or perhaps the Holy Spirit reminded me, the prophecy spoken over me almost a year ago … a portion of which reads “I will allow you to open your mouth and release at the appointed time, to even warn”….some of the  prophet’s words were lost, but his last words were,“When God says speak, obey Him in this hour.” Today I have spoken all that God gave me to speak.
